From its humble beginnings in 2005, SUPA has become an exciting new sports league within Sault Ste. Marie
This league is meant to be a fun way for people to get out, make friends, and stay fit.
For many, ultimate is the highlight of their summer and now we are hoping to be the highlight of their winter with our new Winter Co-ed Indoor Ultimate League.
We emphasize that all our leagues are meant to be FUN and overly aggressive play is discouraged.
If you have never played ultimate before this is a great place to start.

I’ve never played Ultimate before?
- People of all skill levels and athletic abilities are encouraged to join.
- When registering you’ll let us know how much Ultimate you’ve played and how fit you are.
- Captains draft players with the intention of keeping teams balanced and friends together.
- Teams typically have a mix of new and experienced players.
- Experienced players are there to help new players learn.
- Skills clinics are held periodicly throughout the season.
- You must be 18+ or have parental permission.
Can I play on the same team as my friends?
- When registering you can suggest a friend or friends you would like to play with.
- Captains draft teams making every effort to accommodate friend requests.
- Friend request preferences may be given to new players over experienced players.
- If you are part of a larger group of friends (five to ten) who would like to be on the same team, one of you must attend the pre-season captain’s meeting and draft to ensure you are placed on the same team.
